The XH2079 War Axe is based on a 16th century original. It was an aristocratic cavalry weapon, capable of rending mail and piercing the heaviest of helms. Built to match the 7-flanged mace (XH2045), the War Axe has a forged blade, tapered tubular shaft (for balance), a wire-wrapped, spiral bound grip, and beautifully ornate golden fittings. Includes a leather lanyard. This axe is truly a beauty to behold!

Hand forged from tough high-carbon steel by  Hanwei, this axe is built for use. Comes factory sharp.
